Peningkatan Kadar Zn Beras Pecah-Kulit pada Sistem Penggenangan Berselang Melalui Aplikasi Pupuk Kandang Diperkaya Zn Heptahidrat

Zn levels in rice are essential for maintaining consumer health. However, deficient plants can reduce of grains and the ability to express their genetic potentials. This study examines use cow manure enriched with heptahydrate on increasing broken skin rice. The experiment was arranged a randomized single factor group design seven dose treatment, namely: 0; 2.5; 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15 tons ha-1, 3 replications. Spacing 30 cm x size m 4 m. parameters observed were plant growth, weight 1,000-grain, percentage empty grain, production, protein contents brown collected data analyzed using analysis variance confidence interval 5%, followed by Duncan test 5%. results showed that application 10 ha-1 5 kg could increase number productive tillers, 1,000-grains, as well suppress grainy grain Mekongga variety lowland intermittent flooding.
